Day 1:

Day 1:

Today I weighed myself first thing in the morning (8am for anyone who knows me LOL)
199lbs is my starting weight.

I am starting the Jillian Micheals 30 day shred (starting over due to my nice fall down the stairs)

Todays workout was actually not my favorite. Of course day 1 is always difficult but I feel extra fat and pretty sad about it but I kept telling myself "I dont want to be fat forever". You can't beat a 20min workout. If you're interested in the 30day shred- it's at walmart for $9. Make sure you pick up some hand weights too. I use 3lbs. Man they felt heavy today ;-)

I was really laughing at myself during this workout. I use to be military...i should be able to do damn push-ups right?! Holy Cow they were sooooo hard today. I even had to do the modified push-ups. Hopefully in a few more days this wont be an issue LOL

Aiden loves working out with me! If you have kiddos have them do it with you. It actually made me feel great when he quiet lol YEP, I can out do a 4 year old hahahahahah

My Tips for the day: (more for myself- but feel free to use them too!)
Never start a new workout plan (or diet if you want to diet) on a Monday- you'll always quiet....hence today is Tuesday!

Plan your workouts into your day as you would anything else. Make it an appointment you cant miss and if you do the same time everyday it will soon become habit. Im using morning nap time (9:30am) to do my workouts.
