Okay so weekends are my weakness!! I totally screwed this weekend up. I didn't exercise, I ate like crap and can't wait for tomorrow so I can get back to it.
I've decided that rather than hold myself to something I KNOW I will mess up because weekends are always so busy with the family all home and doing fun Mary Kay parties- I'll just skip working out on the weekends and do a mon-fri 30 day shred LOL sooooo tomorrow is the REAL day 5! ;-)
