It's 10am and I am done done done with day 2 of my 30 day shred!
I'm so proud of myself: I haven't stopped, quiet or cheated on an exercise yet and we all know the beginning is the hardest. I am however doing some of the alternate positions- well on the push ups at least but hopefully in a few more days this wont be an issue.
I feel kinda shaky after this workout- my muscles are for sure screaming. I do however feel very motivated to take on the day and feel like I have more energy. I actually WANT to start laundry and cleaning...wow! lol
I drank a ton of water yesterday but my eating still kinda sucked....ya, I had cereal for dinner since I got home late from my meeting. I did pick up some Slim Fast meal bars- not to use as a diet but to eat when im on the go and cant stop...usually i just wouldnt eat- but I figure these would be great for on the go since they are 200 calories.
Day 2 a success- excited for day 3....but it's hard- im not joking- this 30 day shred just shows how out of shape i am.
Today's tip: "Don't strive for perfection or an improbable goal that can't be met"
