"I want to be skinny more than I want to eat that" ---this is what I've been telling myself all day long. It didn't work for everything but it did keep me out of the girl scout cookies, away from the soda but unfortunately did not keep me away from Starbucks...dang it!
My 30 day shred went very well today. I can def tell a diffirence but I still dont feel strong enough to move on to level 2. Actually, strong enough yes, but Im not "ready" because Im still eating like shit and not feeling very good about moving forward if Im still not meeting my initial goals.
Sooooo....now I'm going to start watching what I eat, trying to keep track of my food a little better and eat more often, smaller portions.
Thank goodness tomorrow if a new day ;-)

Girl take it day by day. I actually did level 1 for a month, level 2 for a month, and level 3 for 2 months. haha. I was a slow progress but it worked for me! Keep it up!! p.s. im sorry i havent made it to a MK show yet. We will meet soon enough!
