Day 13

We'll tomorrow makes 2 weeks....crap! Now I look back and wish i'd been a better eater- but I'm thankful for at least working out everyday- 21 days makes or breaks a habit! I almost have a habit!

I was going to weigh myself on Day 14 but thanks to Aunt Flow being in town- I'm thinking I'd be VERY disappointed so i'll give it a few day LOLOL

Tip: Eat all the junk food so you can get it out of the house....right?!! oops i mean, throw it away?? hahahahha
