TODAY= No work out :-( and I'm soooooo sad to say Im not sure when I'll be able to do the 30 day shred again (at least until this is better). Im posting a pic. But last night Aiden was screwing around (not listening) and stopped right in front of me and my toes split around his heel....my toes are totally broken and my entire foot is black and blue...ouchiiiieeee but i'd take broken toes over a broken butt ANYDAY!
So...now I need something else I can do until this foot heals up. I was thinking maybe something pilates since that's a lot of time on the floor ;-) lol and I love it!
I'm also going to be focusing A LOT of time on my eating habits, creating menus and changing my lifestyle (eating style). I plan to start eating on little dinner plates since over eating is my number 1 issue. Number 2 issue is not eating during the day and starving myself (this causes the body to store food as fat and I def dont need or want that!)
