Day 9:

Day 9 sucks! lol I seriously need to get back to my 9:30am work out time- that helped a lot- didn't seem like such a chore to do the shred...but i did it today although every muscle in my body said not to.

Hope you are all much more productive this week (mentally) cause I need to check this negativeness that's taking over my brain. ;-)
