Yesterday just FLEW by!! I did squeeze my workout in at 3pm although I hated working out that late and will not be doing that again.
I am really starting to feel great- Next weeks goal is portion control! I seriously over eat (and eat like crap) so now that the working out is going smoothly and I'm enjoying it, I'm ready to focus on my eating habits. Wish me luck ;-) this IS going to be my biggest hurdle. Does anyone have any great suggestions- NO DIETS- please. I just would love some ideas on things that are quick, easy and healthy that I can munch on throughout the day and lunch ideas.
((yes, I am writing day 10 on day 11 because I totally spaced my blog yesterday- so I'll just combine them))
Day 11:
TGIF!!!!!! I am taking the weekend off and I'm going to get some R&R and be ready for Monday when I begin that eating healthy crap!
I wish you all a fab weekend full of lots of fun! I'm heading out tonight for a movie, drinks and food with the girls! ((thank God eating healthy didnt start this week- but I'll think about eating healthy while I eat like shit tonight!! hahahahhaah)

ReplyDeleteSince you don't want to follow a diet ... I would say get some healthy cookbooks ... I LOVE my Weight Watchers ones. Especially the "quick" ones.
Make sure you're eating enough protein and fiber ... they make you feel full longer.
I just like easy things for lunch like turkey sandwiches with lettuce & tomato ... and maybe some avocado. Yum ... Wraps are good too ... pretty much a sandwich, but a little different. Make sure you're getting in lots of water and your fruits & veggies. I love to snack on soy beans.
Oh! get some plain FAT FREE Greek yogurt. It's fantastic with a little drizzle of honey and some chopped pecans ... or with fruit. I used it for smoothies too.
